The speakers
Gavin Proudley, Head of Third Party Risk Proposition at Dow Jones Risk & Compliance:
Gavin Proudley has been helping clients deal with financial crime, corruption and reputational risk for over 10 years. He has provided advanced due diligence services to clients in a variety of countries and sectors, including financial services, oil and gas, life sciences, and manufacturing. Gavin has assisted clients involved in high-risk transactions with conducting anti-bribery due diligence and has helped others develop and implement more comprehensive due diligence programs. He works with large financial institutions, particularly IPO and other investment banking teams, helping companies manage high-risk, high-value relationships. Prior to joining Dow Jones, Gavin was a director in EY’s forensic practice and also worked in government for 11 years. He focused on international security and terrorism issues and advised senior officials, ministers, and the Prime Minister’s Office.
Miroslava Panuscikova, Head of Strategic Client Advisory at Dow Jones Risk & Compliance:
Subject matter expert with more than 17 years of experience in risk data creation, maintenance, and analysis, as well as data discovery, extraction, and collection, with a particular focus on international sanctions, financial crime, and PEP content. She serves as the lead research contact for client engagements and has worked with a number of leading financial services institutions and corporate clients to help them get the most out of Dow Jones risk data.
Dr. Roman Zagrosek, Managing Director at Compliance Solutions:
Dr. Roman Zagrosek, LL.M. (Berkeley) is an antitrust and compliance attorney and managing director of Compliance Solutions GmbH. He has in-depth experience in the implementation of compliance issues, particularly with regard to the use of IT-based compliance solutions.
